Returns and Exchanges

As pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

We do offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.

All of our items are handcrafted and your jewellery piece may vary slightly from the ones pictured. We take every care to make sure our jewellery is of the highest quality. However, if you find that your piece has a manufacturing fault, then, within 6 months of the date of purchase, we are happy to offer a repair or credit note for the piece. This guarantee, however, does not include damage due to normal wear and tear, or misuse, and we reserve the right to examine and assess the item before we can offer a repair. Any items for repair or exchange must be returned via Australia Post with signature on delivery at your expense and you will need to include a prepaid satchel inside for return postage.
