Danica Moorcroft is an artisan jewellery designer and silversmith, designing and creating out of her leafy Sydney studio in the historic Gaffa Building arts precinct.Danica completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Gold and Silversmithing (Jewellery Design) at RMIT, and undertook further training in Jewellery Manufacture at Enmore Design Centre.

Using ethically sourced materials, and traditional techniques, Danica handcrafts a range of unique jewellery, in sterling silver and gold, with a focus on statement earrings, necklaces and rings. Memories of a childhood spent near the ocean, exploring and playing in rock pools, are the basis for Danica’s current collection, which draws inspiration from the intricate textures of coral. This texture is combined with her signature simple, classic shapes, producing elegant contemporary pieces with a timeless appeal.

Danica is also available to work with clients to create custom and special occasion jewellery.
